3.1 Internal Organistion

How to use and manage the internal organisation under accounts.

An Internal Organisation functions similarly to a Customer account but is designed specifically for internal use by the MedTech company itself. It serves as a dedicated space where internal administrators and users such as sales teams, clinical specialists, or support staff can access, complete, and track training materials.


Unlike Customers, Internal Organisations cannot be assigned to a Market, as they represent internal company structures rather than external healthcare clients. However, they support the same core capabilities:

  • Assignment of Products and Training Packages

  • Creation and management of User Groups

  • Addition of internal Users (e.g., employees, contractors)

This setup enables MedTech companies to run and monitor internal training programs directly within Rekonnect, using the same workflows applied to external customer training.
