10.4 Reporting Issues/Bugs

If you run into an issue while using Rekonnect or have suggestions to improve your experience you can easily report it through Reka, our in-app support assistant.

For us to respond to issues quickly its vital you provide us with feedback when you experience an issue. We suggest using the following format to report the issue:

  1. Issue name:
    e.g. “Training certificate not saving correctly”

  2. URL / Page:
    Paste the link to the exact page where the issue happened
    e.g. https://app.rekonnect.io/admin/training/12345/edit

  3. Type of issue:
    Indicate whether it’s a:

    • Bug

    • Feedback

    • Question

  4. Description:
    Give us some idea of what problem you found and how you noticed it.
