General settings (owner admin)
Contains all the high-level settings related to branding, certificates, legal terms, support details, and connected services like cloud storage or APIs. Think of this as the configuration center for the user-facing experience.
General
Adjust general platform settings like:
- Organization: Use the input field to write the name of your company, this will display on the user portal.
- Logotype: Click "chose file" to upload a suitable logo, this will display in the top-left corner of the screen
- User registration: toggle "enable" to allow registration requests on the login page, new requests are listed under "users" in accounts section. Settings here when activated allow for auto-approval of users, for details see 3.7 Auto-approve registration
- Markets: toggle "enable" to activate the use of markets, switched on by default.
- Hybrid Training: toggle "enable" to blend live and digital training records.
Support
Adjust support settings:
Fields Tab:
- AER Codes: toggle "enable" to allow product users add an AER code to a support issue to help clarify issues
- Custom Fields: Click "add new field" to create a custom drop-down or multiple choice field to the support form on the user interface.
Email for Support Issues Tab:
- Enable Email for Support Issues: toggle "enable" to begin the setup process for recieving support issues in email.
Certificates
Adjust certificate settings:
Product Certificates Template:
- Allow Certifier to override these pre-filled fields: toggle "enable" to allow admins to change settings when they are creating certificates outside of this settings page.
- Completion Text: input text into this field to create a global text on all digital-training certirticates.
- Certificate Title: input text into this field to create a global text on all digital-training certirticates.

Theme
Adjust the visual look and feel — including colors, and backgrounds.
- Colors: Choose the 4 primary colors for your brand, note the advisory color contrast values next to each color box to ensure good usability.
- Background: Upload a JPG/PNG background for the header on user interface, products and home page.
📌 If the file upload doesnt save (and the background preview doesn't show your new background.jpg) then likely it exceeds the max file size of 2MB or it is not a suitable file type.
Cloud Storage
Integrate with external file storage systems like AWS S3, GDrive, or Azure Blob.
API Keys
Generate and manage secure API keys for external integrations (admin only).
Terms and Conditions
Upload or edit the terms users must agree to on sign-up or login.
